LATEST NEWS: Shuttle buses from Lucignano to Florence and Rome airports
Guests leaving on friday May 25 and May 26 will find accessible shuttle buses going from the congress venue to both Florence airport and Rome Fiumicino airport. Please take due note of traveling time and book tour flights accordingly.
Shuttle buses will leave at 4.30pm on may 25 and at 9.30 on May 26.
Guests traveling to Florence should consider minimum 1 hour travel time; guests traveling to Rome Fiumicino should consider minimum 2 1/2 travel time

The congress venue is totally suitable for wheelchair users and it is possible to organise in advance a personal assistant in the hotel when you need assistance with your ADL.
